Tim is a life-long student and is now combining his experience in oral health with his love of education and research and is ready to share it with you.

Tim is teaching, researching, and running courses related to his favourite oral health-related topics of breathing, sugar, and behaviour change which are designed to improve your own health as well as your patient's health.

Whilst his professional career focussed on clinical practice, coaching, mentoring, and teaching, Tim also studied over many years with the Open University for a degree in Earth Science and is commonly seen walking and foraging in his local woodland.

Nina Lord Dip Dent Hyg, Dip Dent Therapy, Dip BANT nut

Nina is passionate about taking a holistic and whole-body approach and loves to educate and empower others to take care of their own health.

Nina is a dual qualified Dental Therapist and Nutritional Therapist and wants to share her knowledge with you, to help you be your best self.

Nina still works in a dental practice treating patients using this dual approach to improve the health of her patients and treatment outcomes.

However, due to her own health challenges, Nina is passionate about gut and hormonal health. This alongside the desire to provide holistic dentistry is what lead her to take this path and she works nutritionally with clients on a one-to-one basis to help them achieve balance and wellbeing.

Nina writes, mentors and lectures for the dental profession, helping them with their approach to treating patients and wellness for them and the team too as Nina believes there is power in group work.

Karon Kitchen

Karon originally trained as a dancer at the Rambert and Royal Ballet Schools before working as a professional dancer. A complete change brought her into the dental industry before retraining in holistic bodywork.
